Treatment programs are designed as ongoing monthly care plans and require a minimum two-month commitment once treatment begins. After the initial two-month commitment period, patients may request cancellation at any time prior to their next billing cycle. If your treatment program or subscription has been canceled or inactive for more than 90 days, a new patient intake form, updated medical information, and applicable intake fee may be required before restarting treatment.

Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been dispensed or shipped. This policy is in place to protect patient safety, maintain medication integrity, and comply with healthcare and pharmacy laws. Because medications are prescribed specifically for each individual patient, we are unable to restock or redistribute returned medications under any circumstances.
Patients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file for all ongoing treatment programs and subscriptions. If a monthly payment is declined or cannot be processed, our team may attempt to contact you to update your billing information. Treatment services, prescription processing, and future shipments may be delayed or paused until payment is successfully completed. Continued failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership and access to ongoing care services.
Yes. After the initial two-month commitment period, patients may request to pause their ongoing treatment program or subscription prior to the next billing cycle. Pausing your membership temporarily stops future shipments, billing, and treatment services until you are ready to resume. To request a pause, please click “Contact Us” and submit your request in writing. Our team will review and confirm by email to you once the pause has been processed.
Once treatment begins, your medical team continues to support your progress and long term success. Your provider will adjust dosing monthly according to the protocol for these medications. Your clinician may reach out to you periodically by email to inquire on your response to treatment, weight loss progress, side effects, hunger levels, and reduction in food noise. Based on your answers to the questions and the general protocol your dosing is reviewed and adjusted monthly. This occurs seamlessly to you as we continue your continunity of treatment by doing a review of your case monthly.
Most patients reach their healthy goal weight and eventually transition into maintenance dosing which is designed around individual goals and response. Once you reach your goal weight, please use the Contact Us section to let us know so we can assist you with the dose adjustments as needed.
